Parent Agreement, Consent & Privacy

01Who this is between

This agreement is between Exclusive-IT ("the School", "we") and the parent or legal guardian ("you") enrolling a child ("the Student") in our programming or chess lessons, delivered online and/or in person at 170 Parkdale Ave N, Hamilton, ON L8H 5X2, Canada.

02What we provide

• Individual (1-on-1) lessons in Roblox/Lua, Python, web development, or chess.
• $320 CAD per block of 4 lessons (60 minutes each). The first trial lesson is free.
• Lessons via Zoom and/or at our Hamilton classroom, scheduled with you in advance.
• A Certificate of Completion at the end of a course (a recognition of participation, not an accredited diploma).

03Parental consent

By enrolling, you confirm that you are the Student's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the Student taking part in lessons and to the handling of personal data described below. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

04Personal data we collect (PIPEDA)

We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect only what we need to run lessons:

• Parent name, email, phone; Student first name and age.
• Scheduling and lesson-progress notes.
• Payment is processed by a third-party provider (e.g. Stripe/PayPal); we do not store full card numbers.

We use this data only to deliver and improve lessons and to contact you. We do not sell it or share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate (e.g. video calls, payments), and only as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at excklusiveit@gmail.com.

05Recording & use of student work

• Lesson recordings: online lessons may be recorded only with your consent, for the family's and Student's benefit (review, safety). Recordings are not published.
• Portfolio / promotion: we will not publish the Student's name, image, or projects publicly unless you give separate written permission. You can grant or refuse this independently of enrolling.

06Child safety

• All instructors hold a valid Ontario Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Parents may observe any lesson.
• Instructors communicate with families through official School channels, not private personal accounts with the Student.

07Payment, cancellation & refunds

• Lesson blocks are paid in advance.
• Reschedule a lesson with at least {24} hours' notice at no charge.
• Refund policy: {describe your refund terms — e.g. unused lessons in a block are refundable within {14} days}.

08Responsibility & liability

We deliver lessons with reasonable care and skill. For online lessons, a parent/guardian is responsible for supervising the Student and providing a safe device and internet connection. For in-person lessons, a parent/guardian is responsible for drop-off and pick-up. To the extent permitted by law, the School's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected lessons. {Confirm your business liability insurance coverage with your insurer and adjust this section accordingly.}

09Code of conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from Students and instructors. We may pause or end lessons for safety or repeated disruption, with any unused prepaid lessons handled per section 07.
