User Agreement

1. ✅General TermsThis agreement governs the use of services provided by the online programming school for children. By registering on the platform, you agree to these terms. For any questions, please contact us at (613) 285-4460 or through our website.
2. ✅Services Provided. Programming courses for children (ages 8-16). Learning to create games in Roblox and basic Python skills. Additional sessions on advertising, SEO, and web settings.
3. ✅Registration and Access✉ Registration: A parent or guardian must register the child.🔒 Access to the platform: Only authorized users can access the materials. It is prohibited to share login credentials with third parties.🆔 Account: Account usage must comply with platform rules. The platform does not support accounts for children under 13 years old without parental consent.
4. ✅Payments and Refunds💳 Cost: The course costs $200 USD for every 4 lessons of 60 minutes each.🛒 Payment via PayPal: All payments are processed through PayPal for convenience and security.🛑 Refunds: The first lesson is free. Refunds for subsequent lessons are available with a 14-day notice before the next payment.
5. ✅Rights and Obligations🔧 Your Rights: Access to course materials, instructor guidance, and consulting on training questions.🔐 Our Responsibility: Providing high-quality materials and training support. We are not responsible for technical failures on the user’s end.
6. ✅Privacy and Data🔒 Data collection: We collect the child’s name, age, and contact details for both the child and parent.🅼 Purpose of use: Data is used for registration, analysis, and improving service quality.🛡️ Data protection: All information is encrypted and stored in compliance with PIPEDA (Canada) and COPPA (USA).
7. ✅Termination of Services🔥 Termination: You may stop using our services at any time by notifying us via email. Refunds are governed by the terms outlined in Section 4.
8. ✅Limitation of Liability📖 We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party technical issues. Users must comply with the rules and not violate the rights of other platform participants.
