Service Contract

The following agreement governs the provision of online programming education services by Exclusive-IT.

1. Parties

Service Provider: Exclusive-IT Online Programming School
Client: The parent or legal guardian enrolling a child in the course.
Location: 139 Park St, Brockville, Ontario, K6V2H1, Canada

2. Service Description

Exclusive-IT provides individual online programming lessons for children aged 8 to 17 years. Courses include: Roblox Studio (Lua), Web Development (HTML/CSS/JS/Bootstrap 5/WordPress), and Python Programming. All lessons are conducted live via Zoom.

3. Cost & Payment

The cost of services is $150 USD for 4 lessons of 60 minutes each. Payment is made in advance before the start of each 4-lesson block. The first trial lesson is free.

4. Schedule

Lessons are scheduled individually by agreement between the client and the instructor. Working hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Eastern Time).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Lessons cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will be rescheduled at no charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged as a conducted lesson.
  • In case of instructor absence, the lesson will be rescheduled without additional cost.

6. Obligations of the Client

  • Ensure the child has access to a working computer, internet, headphones, and Zoom.
  • Ensure the child attends scheduled lessons on time.
  • Provide accurate contact information for communication.

7. Certificate

Upon successful completion of the full course curriculum, the student receives an official Exclusive-IT certificate of completion.
